A wabi-sabi kitchen built around warm, natural textures. Fluted-glass upper cabinets with concealed lighting sit above a glazed tile backsplash in soft green, while fluted timber base units add rhythm and warmth. Terrazzo flooring and a matte counter complete a palette that is calm, tactile and easy to live with.
A second kitchen in the same spirit is entered through a broad arched opening. Terracotta-toned hexagonal tiles form the backsplash below fluted-glass cabinets lit from within, and a rounded breakfast counter on a turned timber leg seats two on cane-backed stools.
In the living room, heritage furniture, a carved timber cabinet and a patterned rug sit against sheer curtains and a garden view, giving the room a warm, collected character.
